KAC-12040-ABA-JD-AA Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 237-XFCPGA packages. Image sensors should output 1.8V 2V. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Bulk. Pins 237are located on the image sensor. During operation, image sensors should supply 2.1V voltage.
