KAI-1020-AAA-JP-BA Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 68-BPGA packages. The image sensors should supply the voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. The Bulk will protect these image sensors. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 58 dB. 68 pins are available on the image sensor.
