KAI-16000-AXA-JP-B1 Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 40-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V supplied by the image sensors. It is intended to protect these image sensors from damage by enclosing them in the Bulk. There should be the dynamic range of 65 dB on the image sensor.
