J112G JFET Description
J112 JFET N Channel Transistor is designed for low-level analog switching, sample and hold circuits and chopper stabilized amplifiers. Utilizing this transistor in your design has other advantages as well, including greater frequency response, high precision, reduced insertion loss, and low cost. Additionally, the J112 transistor has low noise characteristics, allowing it to be employed in applications where the user has low noise requirements.
