ISL9V3036D3ST Description
The ISL9V3036D3ST devices are the next-generation IGBTs that provide exceptional SCIS capability in the compact D-Pak (TO-252) as well as the commercially available D2- Pak (TO-263) and TO-220 plastic packages. These components are designed to be used as coil drivers in vehicle ignition circuits. Voltage clamping is provided internally using diodes, eliminating the requirement for external parts.
