FGP40N6S2 Description
The FGP40N6S2 devices combine the quick switching speed of SMPS IGBTs with a lower gate charge, lower plateau voltage, and the ability to handle avalanches (UIS). These LGC components decrease gate drive power requirements and shorten delay periods. These components are best suited for high voltage switched mode power supply applications where quick switching times, minimal conduction loss, and UIS capabilities are critical requirements.
