FDP8874 Description
In order to increase the overall effectiveness of DC/DC converters employing either synchronous or traditional switching PWM controllers, the FDP8874 N-Channel MOSFET was created. Low gate charge, low rDS(ON), and quick switching speed have been optimized for it.
