CPH3122-TL-E Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 200 @ 500mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -270mV.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 180mV @ 75mA, 1.5A.Emitter base voltages of -5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Maximum collector currents can be below 3A volts.
