KAI-08051-ABA-JP-BA Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 67-BCPGA packages. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to keep them safe. It has 67 pins. In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 15.5V voltage.
