KAI-04070-FBA-JD-BA Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 67-BCPGA packages. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. 67 pins are present on the image sensor.
