MC9S08QE16CLD Description
Our first family in the Flexis series is the S08QE family, which consists of a pair of pin-compatible 8-bit and 32-bit devices. The link point of the NXP? Controller Continuum, where 8- and 32-bit compatibility become a reality, is the Flexis line of controllers. With 128 KB of flash, 24 analog-to-digital converter (ADC) channels, and a bus frequency of up to 25 MHz, the MC9S08QE16CLD pushes the limits of 8-bit architecture performance. The 8-bit S08QE128 device and the 32-bit MCF51QE128 are interchangeable in terms of pins, peripherals, and tools. With their shared peripherals and development tools, they offer the greatest degree of migration flexibility.
