LD6806F-22H Description
The LD6806F-22H is a small-size Low-DropOut regulator (LDO) family with a typical voltage drop of 60 mV at a 200 mA current rating. It shows a high-ohmic state at the output pin, while the LD6806x/xxP contains a pull-down switching transistor, to provide a low-ohmic output stage when the device is disabled.
