TPS73230DBVTG4 belongs to the family of low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulators using an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration. It is stable based on output capacitors with low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and operation is allowed requiring no capacitors. It is able to deliver high reverse blockage (low reverse current) and ground pin current. High precision, low dropout voltages, and low ground pin current are ensured due to an advanced BiCMOS process.
