PQ09DZ51 Overview

Default settings are set to -20°C~80°C degrees. There is a Positive configured as the output function for this IC regulator. There is a current output of 500mA from this regulator IC. There is a dropout voltage of 10 volts on this IC regulator. You should use the regulator IC when the temperature is below 80°C. It is not possible to operate the chip below -20°C operating temperature.
