NCT3107S TR Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 1 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. In addition to Converter, DDR Bus Termination Regulator, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.5V~5V.
