ISL95866CIRZ Overview
There are a total of 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 52-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation. Currently, Tube packages are available for shipping. This power supply regulator has a general volatge output of 0V~1.52V. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. This shunt regulator targets at IMVP8? Compliant Desktops and other applications. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. It is designed to accept 9V~20V as the input voltage. The external regulator's series is indicated by Robust Ripple Regulator? (R3).
