BD3533HFN-TR Overview

Temperatures above 100°Cshould be avoided. There should be a 1A output from the external regulator at present. At its maximum, the voltage regulator will produce current 1A. The power supply regulator allows a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V. DC voltage regulators operate at a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V volts. An interface IC BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUIT is used with this rectifier regulator.
