NJM1496D Overview
A frequency of 300MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.Due to the enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, this RF IC is excellent .The Tube package houses this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.
