GC5330IZEV Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 310MHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 484-BGA package.Bulk package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 484 terminations integrated.This is a 484-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 90°C.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
