MC1496BD Overview
A frequency of 300MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.Due to the enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this RF IC is excellent .The Tube package houses this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 14 terminations integrated.This is a 14-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 125°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
