BUK9K20-80EX Description
BUK9K20-80EX is an 80v dual Logic level N-channel MOSFET in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package using TrenchMOS technology. The BUK9K20-80EX has been designed and qualified to the AEC-Q101 standard for high-performance automotive applications. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the transistor BUK9K20-80EX in the LFPAK-56D-8 package with 68W power dissipation.
