MC36239 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into SMD/SMT packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. The PTC thermistors could supply 6V voltage when it operates. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 6V voltage when it works. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 6V. The current for PTC thermistors should not be higher than 100A. The maximum voltage supplied by this thermistor should be 6V for reliable performance.
