The PTC thermistors are put into 0805 packages to protect the devices from damage. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -20°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 130°C. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 32V voltage when it works. The current for which the PTC thermistors have been designed is 100μA.
