VTP170XS Overview
The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Bulk for safety reasons. ldeally, the PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. There must be no temperature above 85°C for this thermistor to function. There are 2 terminations on the PTC thermistor. It is possible for PTC thermistors to provide voltages of 16V when they are operating. For PTC thermistors, 100A is the current. DC circuits use thermistors rated at 16V voltage. In PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 100A.
