24FC04HT-I/OT Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. Tape & Reel (TR)-cases are available. SC-74A, SOT-753 case encloses it. There is an 4Kb 256 x 8 x 2 memory capacity on the chip. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. This device has an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. A voltage of 1.7V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. There is a recommendation that Surface Mount mounting type should be used for this product. On the chip, there are 5 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. In the memory, there is a clock frequency rotation that ranges 1MHz. A I2C-type serial bus is used to carry and transfer data to the CPU through this memory. In terms of power consumption, it can operate at a maximum supply of 0.003mA .
