SP6128AHY-L Product Details

SP6128AHY-L Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 3V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator.
