It comes in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Bulk solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 5V 12V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control.
