MAX9990ETP+T Overview


A frequency of 1.5GHz~2.2GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.The enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module has 20 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
