HMC917LP3E Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 6GHz~10GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Strip package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.16-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 91mA in order to deliver its performance.
