HMC819LC5 Overview
Based on the frequency of 17.6GHz~23.7GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.32-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 270mA.
