On the basis of the frequency 700MHz~1.1GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 20 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.
