Overall, it supports 1 outputs. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 16-UFBGA, WLCSP. A package of Tape & Reel (TR) is ready for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 0.4V~5.5Von this voltage controller. Surface Mount Universal mount that facilitates easy adaptation. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, WCDMA PA Power and other applications. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
