ISL98603IRAAZ-T Overview
Generally, it supports 5 outputs at a time. It is packaged in 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad for convenient transportation. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. Volatge output for this voltage controller is Adjustable. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. In addition to Controller/Converter, LCD Supply, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. The operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.
