EL7581IRE-T7 Overview
There are 2 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a general voltage output of 5V~17Von this voltage controller. Its mounting type is Surface Mount. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, TFT LCD and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
