As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-23-6 functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power management system has 6 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
