BU4329F-TR Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. When 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. Pin count of the power management is 4. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 700mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is always advisable to use BU43*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.75μA.
