50MHz~1GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 20-WQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 20 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.20-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 95°C is required for operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
