HMC814 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 13GHz~24.6GHz.Due to the enhanced Die package, this RF IC is excellent .In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 0-pin.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.This RF modulator needs to operate at 88mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
