Using the frequency of 100MHz~6.5GHz, RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This integrated circuit has 24 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 24-pin.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 190mA in order to deliver its performance.
