LMX2595RHAR Overview
RF modulator operates at 10MHz~20GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 40 terminations integrated.This is a 40-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
