TL851CN Overview
Based on the frequency of 20kHz~90kHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tube package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.16 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 40°C during operation.There must be at least 0°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 260mA in order to deliver its performance.
