DS1020S/T&R Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 256. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1020 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC.
