DS1100LZ-100/T&R Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 3V~3.6V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. It operates at a temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1100L. The arrangement of 8 pins is designed into the device. Device package 8-SOIC is that of its supplier. For specific applications, it operates with a voltage supply of 3.3V. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 85°C should be maintained at all times. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at -40°C. In addition, it is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V. The minimum supply voltage supported by the device is 3V.
