DS1005S-100/T&R Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it.
