MTAPD-07-014 Overview


A Strip package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into 3-LCC packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 200V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 200V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 400pA current.
