LMX2522LQ1635 Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 1635MHz.RF IC with the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 28 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.28-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It must not be less than -30°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
