STW81103ATR Overview
The frequency of 2.5GHz~5GHz determines how RF modulator operates.The enhanced 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.Integrated into this RF module are 28 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 28-pin.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
