RF modulator operates at 1.93GHz~1.99GHz frequency.The enhanced 2-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Below 95°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
