As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode.
