PDB-C502-ST Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 100V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 45pA.
